In order to save you time and to ensure that sampling is done following our standard protocol we offer a free on-farm sampling service.

To help us prepare and plan for sampling your farm, please help us by:

1. informing us 1 month before sampling is required
2. informing us of the number of samples to be taken, which type of samples (soil, leaf, hydroponics etc) and from which types of crops
3. inform us of the average area from which each sample is to be taken (for example it could be 1 hectare per sample for greenhouse roses or 60 hectares per sample for a wheat farm). This helps us with knowing how much time we will require on your farm.
4. Giving us the full physical address of your farm and contact name
5. Provide us with an employee who can assist our sampler to find the correct fields / greenhouses

In the case of clients requiring regular sampling, we can plan the whole next year in advance and organize which weeks of the year we will be coming to your farm.

The only conditions that we apply to this on-farm sampling service are as follows:

1. minimum value of order is 30,000 Kenya Shillings
2. Fuel will be charged at the standard AA rate (KShs/km) from our headquarters in Nairobi. If there are other farms being sampled in your area, we can share this cost.
